At ChakkiOn, all products are freshly prepared and made to order. Customers are advised to carefully review this policy before placing an order.
Returns
As all products are custom-made and prepared specifically for each order, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds
Refunds shall be considered only in the following circumstances, subject to verification and approval by ChakkiOn:
- - Proven quality-related issues identified and confirmed upon internal review.
- - Delivery of incorrect or damaged products.
Where a refund is approved, the amount shall be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as all products are prepared fresh and on demand.
Quality Complaints
Any concerns or complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. Complaints raised beyond this period may not be entertained.
